At this stage, automatic separation of organic matter from incoming MSW is performed. This organic matter is the feedstock for fertilizers production for own use or for sale. Optionally, biofuel can be produced and/or energy from biogas.
Non-organic matter is sorted manually into:
- plastic goods
- products from food aluminium
- glass empties
- waste paper
The obtained secondary raw materials are transported to a press-packing unit for further processing and marketing.
