NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RECONSTRUCTION LLC
NBTR LLC is created on the basis of Budrekonstrukcija TOV, Stroirekonstrukcija TOV, Promcivilbud-M TOV, NGB-Promcivilbud TOV, which management, employees, together with the works experience in the mentioned above companies and assets were passed to “NBTR” TOV. Donor-companies, in the means of minutes of general meetings of participants, passed the rights to “NBTR” TOV to present their design and construction works for the whole activity period as it’s own and to present the achieved experience in design and construction as its own.
ACTIVITIES:
- design and construction of residential buildings;
- design and construction of office buildings;
- design and construction of medical institutions;
- design and construction of industrial objects;
- design and construction of shopping centers;
- design and construction of engineering networks;
- development of design-estimation documentation, architectural and process-design documentation for new construction objects, capital repair, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of industrial, office, residential, civil, cultural and general, shopping and leisure centers, sports objects, other facilities and buildings.
Upon order of SE«UkrNSRI» №97 dtaed from March 23rd, 2021 року, NBTR LLC became a member of a newly created Technical standartisation comittee «Solid recovered fuels and biofuels» - ТК198
In 2018, NBTR LLC received certificates on conformance to management system standard ISO 9001-2015 (№ 44:100:18:32:01:93 report 3598:1089) and ecological management system standard ISO 14001-2015 (№ 44:100:18:32:01:93 report 3598:1090)
Annual turnover of the company for 20 years is 7 720 000 EUR
Experience in design and construction on the construction market of Ukraine and CIS countries is more than 20 years
For the whole period of activity the company has built 350 000 м2 for the sum over 160 000 000 EUR.
